We are asking you to obtain a letter of recommendation from your coach training institution, from your coaching association or from an MCC or equivalent.
We are asking for this extra step in order to keep the community of coaches within Coaching Circles as professional and experienced as possible.
Is the hassle of obtaining an letter of recommendation a guarantee that a coach is professional and highly trained? We wish, but alas. This is one step, of many; we are taking to ensure the highest level of professionalism of all the coaches we work hard to promote to the world.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Your letter of recommendation should include your name and why that person (representative from your training course, association, MCC etc) believes you are a professional and experienced coach. It would be helpful if the letter obtained references to your training, client work, etc. The name of the person or institution recommending you will be noted on your Coach Profile.

Feel free to continue with the rest of the steps. However, we will not be able to make Your Coach Profile "live" or recommend you to clients until we receive the letter of recommendation.
