Statement: |
Through coaching, my purpose is the spread of greater collaboration, communication and sense of community in our fractured society. A childhood filled with chaos and conflict taught me the value of collaboration and its practice leads to a sense of well being. Many years of experience in arts & entertainment project development and production proved that this practice works. I entered the coaching profession because it allows me to collaborate with others in a more relevant way.
The single thread and theme of my history as a director, producer, and media coach has been collaborating with professionals to bring their "story"-their vision-to life. The stories that I am intrinsically drawn to work with have had one thing in common: They reveal what is 'possible' and 'life affirming.' Professional and Personal Coaching became a natural extension of this theme. It allows me the privilege to partner with people to develop, build, expand, or reinvent the vision, the story, of their lives. Supporting my clients to succeed and collaborating to bring about what's possible in a way that is unique to each is what I value most. For them, it it like having a personal "director" as their coach. |
