My coaching practice and background in Lifespan Development Psychology are in line with world view -- that most people are healthy, creative, competent individuals who, if given the right opportunities, support, and tools, can do amazing things in their lives.
I approach coaching with the belief that my clients are highly capable of designing and achieving their ideal life, and I am there simply to support them in the process and to provide them with new tools for continuing success.
I enjoy working with individuals who are in transition, either by choice (e.g., planning a career change, figuring out what to do after graduation, etc.) or not by choice (e.g., have been divorced, etc.) and who are ready to move to the next big thing in their lives.
