Personal coaching work primarily includes Career Transition and Personal Branding. The process I use to coach both types of clients is similar and is as follows:

- Clarifying personal assets (experiential and innate)
- Claiming and honoring these assets (conscious selection)
- Determining the market value of the package
- Communicating benefits clearly and consistently
- Learning to look and feel the part
- Confidence building by trying out new roles, ideas and methods
- Building support systems

In each case clients gain a new perception of who they are, the value of what they have to offer and how to find their market niche. I work with people who want to tap into their best and create a role and a life that allows them to be a star in their own universe.
