My focus when working in both for profit and non-profit organizations is that the organization reflects the company vision. My role as a trainer, coach and consultant is to enhance communication, stress management, conflict resolution and honor diversity.

I believe that without diversity of culture, education, spirituality and experience there is a lack in company effectiveness and employee satisfaction. I believe that it is important to honor the gifts and talents that are brought by all involved.
