I was a full-time clinical psychologist focusing on family and couples’ counseling for 15 years. I became a life coach 3 years ago. I have found that couples can greatly benefit from relationship coaching from a therapist or life coach. With guidance, they can learn the communication and intimacy skills to enhance their relationships, even within the chaos of jobs, children, and other life stresses. I strongly believe people should hire a relationship coach or couple’s therapist if they want to have the best possible relationship. After all, as in sports, you can be good without a coach, but you can be GREAT with a coach!
