My purpose is to be a calming presence in a stressful and ever changing corporate environment. By providing change management and leadership development coaching I help leaders focus on what is important, to strain out all the 'noise', and to determine what steps they should be taking to benefit not only themselves but the people they lead, and the leaders they are accountable to.
